Vendor's Application:

Welcome to the 2013 Buffalo Soldiers MC National Convention.  This application is for exhibit space at the 2013 Convention and becomes an agreement between the applicant and the management of the 2013 National Buffalo Soldier and Troopers Motorcycle Club.

The 2013 National Buffalo Soldier and Troopers Motorcycle Club National Convention will be hosted by the North East Frontier at the Hampton Convention Center in Hampton Virginia during the period 18-21 July 2013.


All booth assignments will be given at the time of exhibitor check-in and are based on a first paid, first reserved basis.  You may request a specific space assignment based on the provided diagram.  We will do our best to accommodate all space requests. The Buffalo Soldier Motorcycle Club does not guarantee preferred booth locations.  Special circumstances require management discretion.  Exhibitors MUST keep within their paid, designated booth space.  Your product, signage and set-up must be inside your assigned space.  Convention Management has the right to request your removal.

Exhibit fees will include space rental and basic 110V electricity. Upon payment, all accepted applicants will receive a confirmation.  

The costs of vendor spaces inside the convention center are as follows:

$250 for a 8'x10'
$300 for a 10' x 15'
$500 for a 20' x 30'

The costs of vendor spaces outside the convention center are as follows:

$250.00, $500.00 or $750.00 depending on the space requested.

Advanced notification is required for special accommodations.
